{Shipping Method}

• Due Season Metals ships via UPS & major LTL carriers to offer you the most economical shipping method possible.
• Domestic orders will take between 3 to 5 business days for delivery. 
• We contact our customers if delivery is delayed beyond the 3 to 5 day period. 
• DSM sends the UPS tracking information once packages are picked up and scanned. 

{Lost, Stolen, and Undelivered Shipments}

UPS failures are not our fault or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers. DSM does not pay for shipping insurance unless the customer requests and pays for it. 

{Shipment & Address Changes}
 
• DSM will ship to the shipping address listed in the order confirmation. We do not ship to PO boxes, physical address ONLY.
• Any packages returned due to wrong or incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the cost of purchaser.

{International Orders}

• Currently we only ship to Canada via UPS.
• International shipping charges will include custom fees. 
• Please call for more details regarding International orders.

{Refunds & Exchanges}

BACKORDERS 
If an Item purchased exceeds the in stock quantity, that item will be placed on backorder. Customers will be notified with an ETA (estimated time of availability) of the backordered item. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 
All sales are FINAL unless DSM ships the wrong material. Once all material is returned and accepted by DSM, DSM will ship the correct material to the customer at no extra charge.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.

CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is placed, the order will be processed and shipped. If customer decides to cancel before receiving shipping confirmation please contact DSM via phone/email to cancel their order.  If shipment has to be returned or reversed, customer will be responsible for restocking and shipping fees.
